If you might do any sort of composing on the iPad, then Notion is an app that is a must. I have found it easier to use a few of these apps on an iPhone, but all should work well on an iPad. My classroom has an Apple TV connected to a large screen TV, and a projector on a rolling cart that I can use to project onto my whiteboard.īelow is a list of apps that I have found invaluable–they allow me to do things in my teaching that without them, I wouldn’t be able to do. And now, I would not give up my iOS devices for anything! I have a school iPad and MacBook Pro, and also use an iPhone. But once we switched, I dove into the world of Apple out of necessity. Before that, I was a dedicated PC person. We have been 1:1 with iPads at my school for several years now. She will be getting an iPad, Apple TV and a projector in their choir room (how awesome!), and was looking for advice on what iOS apps she should get. I heard from a choir director friend this week who is in a similar situation. Do you have technology at your disposal, but not sure how to use it? Or maybe you’ve considered purchasing a tablet, but not sure how you would utilize it in your teaching?
